Please bring: A sacred personal object that reminds you of your connection to ‘Life', Shakti or the Feminine, sheepskin, yoga mat and a journal. Please also bring a sketch book and drawing materials to start the journey creating your life mandala.

Retreat Facilitators: Emma Abhijeeta and Bianca will be leading the retreat, bringing their deep experience and unique offerings together with love and devotion. All women are welcome, no matter what phase of life they are in.  

About Abhijeeta: 

I am a devoted yoga teacher, mother, contemporary priestess, truth-walker, nature-lover, food-grower, practical mystic, medicine woman and passionate lover of life.

Spiralling together ancient yogic practices with my own deep well of intuitive, feminine wisdom, I facilitate sacred women’s circles and retreats where we can remember our innate feminine wisdom, transform and heal the wounds of the feminine, unfolding the True Woman. 

For many years, and particularly since my initiation into motherhood, I have been passionate about helping women to activate and heal their wombs to realise their True potential. Women who are in deep womb resonance will birth a new human society that will restore our connection to the web of life over time. When we heal ourselves, we heal the planet. This is the role of sisterhoods - to generate Shakti and in doing so, transmute suffering in both men & women.

About Bianca:

I am an ever-changing multidimensional human as are you. My life has taken me into the path of being truely woman and mother. 

My commitment to being woman is unmistakable and I feel it is my duty to really understand and embody this life in this form.

To be woman is made up of innocence, the baby who requires nurture and needs to be held, the young child who want to play and explore, the teenager experiencing pleasure and intimacy for the first time, the moment of independence and finding my feet, the ability to say no to someone I love knowing it is not right, the strength to create business and form in this world, the love and kindness to surrender into grief, the wisdom of the crone as I age and the compassion of someone who is aware and travelled a long road.

My training is Masters in Psychosomatic Therapy, Biomedical Yoga teacher training, Emotional release bodywork and life. My hands heal and hold ancient wisdom, I am a mentor and teacher.

I have a deep understanding beyond my knowing of feeling and understanding at a very deep level. Almost like the depth of the ocean.

This retreat is for those who are almost aching to go deeper into life's magic.  

Let's open our hearts and our wombs to discover the true magic of being woman.

What is the Sri Yantra: The Sri Yantra has 9 constituent triangles varying in size and shape, they intersect to form 43 smaller triangles, organised in 5 concentric levels.  Together they represent the totality of the cosmos, the human body and express non-duality.  In the middle, the power point (bindu) represents the cosmic centre.  The triangles are circumscribed by two concentric circles composed of 8 and 16 petals, representing the lotus of creation and reproductive vital force.  The entire configuration is framed by the broken lines of an earth square, representing a temple with four doors opening to regions of the universe.

Location:

This retreat will be held in a place called Bear Gully, which is located near Wilsons Promontory on Victorias South Coast.  It is a very private and beautiful location.  The house has been designed so it feels like you are living in the elements.  There is 2 people to a room.  Beds are large and comfortable.  The house has one big living and dining area, surrounded by windows.  It is a 5 minute walk directly to the beach.  Plenty of outside nooks to find that private space to reflect.
